The fabric is that perfect mid-weight cotton that doesn't shrink weird in the dryer. Long sleeves actually stay put during tummy time, which is more than I can say for the short-sleeve ones we had. Bought a set of the stripes and solids and now they're the first thing I grab from the drawer.
The little embroidered details are even cuter in person, and the long sleeves make layering under sleepers a breeze. My baby seems comfy in them all day, and they've held up well through many washes.
The cotton is genuinely soft and hasn't pilled after a dozen washes, which is more than I can say for the cheaper multipacks I tried before. The envelope neckline makes diaper changes way easier at 3am.
